Coronavirus Temporary Changes in Office Hours/Policy

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have made some adjustments in our office hours. 
 
Norcross
Monday 9 AM to 5 PM
Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM
Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM
Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM
Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday Closed
Sunday Closed
 
Duluth
Closed 7 days per week.  
 
We will return to our normal office hours for both clinics on Monday April 6th, 2020. 
 
At our Norcross clinic, we will be seeing patients by appointment only, and no walk-ins can be seen.  Same day appointments can be made. Please call and we may have an opening for you. We have extra staff members answering phone calls.

Telemedicine Services

For your convenience and safety, Magnolia Medical Clinic is offering Telemedicine services for the time being. 
 
Dr. Ravi Shah will be available:
 
Tuesday 3/24 from 10AM to 5PM
Wednesday 3/25 from 10AM to 5PM
Thursday 3/26 from 10AM to 5PM
Tuesday 3/31 from 10AM to 5PM
Wednesday 4/1 from 10AM to 5PM
Thursday 4/2 from 10AM to 5PM
 

You do not need an appointment to start a Telemedicine visit, however it is preferred.  For a telemedicine appointment, please call our clinic at 770-931-1333.

 
New patients and established patients are welcome. 
 
 Standard charges will apply.  If you have an insurance plan, your insurance will be billed.  If you do not have insurance, you will be charged the standard clinic fees.
 
There are no sign-ups or special software required.  All you will need is a smartphone or computer with a video camera/web cam.  When you click on the link, you will join a virtual waiting room until the doctor starts the telemedicine visit.

CoronaVirus Testing

If you suspect that you have the CoronaVirus, WE CANNOT TEST YOU due to lack of testing kits and protective equipment for our staff. 

The common symptoms are fever (Temp of 100 or more) and DRY cough.

Call these places before going to the location to request a CoronaVirus test:

  2. URGENT CARE FACILITY. THERE ARE SEVERAL AROUND THE AREA AND WE HEAR NORTHSIDE URGENT CARES HAVE THEM.
