    All patients with Medical insurance appointments is needed/must, without appointment we will not see you and you can go to nearest Urgent care.

    Disclosure: The reason we are changing this policy effective September 1st 2022 we have to call insurance company; verify insurance active or not; verify your benefits; verify deductible; verify services covered or not; who is PCP; who is the primary card holder; check balance; number of visits allowed; etc. there are many more other reasons.

    All patients with no insurance (self-pay) will be seen as Walk-in as no verification process is needed. But there may be wait time. (We encourage self-pay patient to make an appointment.)
